FREE PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Offer open to all employees of TV cable operators in Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary, Poland and Russia, excluding employees of MTG or any of its subsidiary companies (including Viasat), their families, agents or anyone else connected with this promotion.
  2. No purchase is necessary for entry. You can enter the prize draw by emailing your name, address, telephone number and your answer to: win@viasat.co.uk by midnight 31st May 2004. No third party entries, bulk entries or entries submitted by agents will be accepted.
  3. The first Prize comprise is a Total Gym XLi. In addition there is one runners up prize, an Instant Fisherman set and one pair of Idapz Sunglasses as third prizes. All prizes are provided by TV Shop (www.tvshop.com). There will be no cash alternatives offered and the prizes are not transferable.
  4. The closing time and date for entry is midnight on 31 May 2004. Entries received after this time and date will not be entered into the draw.
  5. The winner will be selected at random from all correct entries received. The draw will take place on 1st June 2004.
  6. The prize winners will be notified by telephone or email 1st June 2004. If the winner cannot be contacted by 8th June 2004, then Viasat will redraw and select a new winner.
  7. Viasat shall send the prizes by recorded post or courier and be responsible for any customs clearance.
  8. Details of the prize winners will be posted on the internet www.viasatworld.com as soon as all the winners have been ascertained.
  9. Viasat reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of similar value should the specified prize become unavailable. No cash alternatives are available.
  10. Entries that are incomplete will be deemed invalid. Viasat accepts no responsibility for entries lost or delayed in transmission.
  11. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  12. This promotion is governed by English Law.
